ActRaiser is a community SNESRecomp project by DerrickGold.
The game switches between side-scrolling action stages and top-down town simulation. That makes it a useful test for more than one kind of SNES scene.
Playable status
Active development build. The action stages are far along, including Death Heim. Simulation mode still needs broader town coverage.
You provide your own ActRaiser ROM. The project checks the file before it builds or runs.
Widescreen work exists for action stages. The project also has a host settings overlay drawn with ActRaiser's own dialog art, plus tools for checking graphics, objects, and replacement assets while the game runs.
Treat it as an active project, not a finished compatibility promise.
